This style tile acts as the style guidelines and outlines the typography, color palette, photography, and style elements.

The brainstorm process for the logo design.

Once the logo was selected, I outlined the font set options for the design system.

The brief:

Modura is a new eCommerce clothing brand designed for trendy men and women between 18 and 25 years old.

These individuals are early in their careers and are looking for an affordable solution for business casual clothing to wear to their jobs in urban areas. They are fashion-forward, and conscious of trends. They want to dress for the jobs they want without appearing overdressed.

The challenge:

1. Design a logo

2. Develop a style tile for the brand

3. Build three app screens

With an easy user experience in mind, the home screen of the app displays the hero image with call-to-action, leading to a grid section for shopping categories. I also included top and bottom navigation menus, as well as a search option.

The search screen uses a two-column grid design to allow users adequate visual space to browse each item. Users can filter their search using the buttons and quickly save their favorites products by tapping the heart icon.

The detail screen allows shoppers to browse color and size options, and provides users with more information about the product. Sections are collapsable for quick scrolling.
