2024 & 2025

Lattiverse is Lattice’s annual conference for HR professionals to connect and learn from top people leaders in the industry. Previously hosted online and branded as Resources for Humans Virtual, Lattice debuted Lattiverse’s first hybrid in-person and virtual summit in San Francisco and London in 2024. In 2025, it evolved into a fully in-person event in San Francisco and London.


Due to the rebrand and change from virtual to in-person, Social was tasked to drive awareness around the new branding and support registration. I formed a strategy through visually engaging content that communicated the event’s changes, activated events speakers who were also thought leaders on social media to expand our reach, and led live and post-event coverage.


In 2025, we exceeded our social registration goals by 20%, achieved a 25% campaign engagement rate, and received over 100 organic mentions.

Social Trends

Keeping a pulse on trends is integral to social media marketing. While it shouldn’t be the main strategy, it’s an important tactic to help brands stay relevant and infuse humor and personality, especially in industries like HR where human connection thrives.
