Course Hero's 2021 Virtual Education Summit invites thousands of educators together to discuss what matters now—to faculty, to our students, and to the larger learning community. The three-day virtual gathering features keynotes and fireside chats with higher ed thought leaders, student-focused presentations, and pedagogy workshops.
I oversaw the social media promotional and live event strategy. I led direction and execution of social content with support from my direct report on the social team. Our efforts resulted in 500+ attendee registrations through social media, 3,000+ followers gained, and 190,000+ organic impressions.
Growth Marketing
In addition to organic social media strategy, I assisted the Growth Marketing team on paid social campaigns for brand partnerships with Amazon Prime Student and Hulu. I led creative and copy direction for organic and paid social content. I also worked on influencer marketing efforts to increase discovery and acquisition through SEO.
Product Marketing
I collaborated with the Product team on a social media marketing strategy to educate and promote Course Hero's Chrome extension feature and Microsoft Store app, driving awareness and downloads among their student audience.
